I made my own raw bars.  They were seriously simply, full of nutrition & hits the spot for a quick snack during the day.

Have you heard of Superseedz?  They seem to be popping up all over the place.  They’re the best snacks.  They’re portable, tasty & not perishable!  Here’s how Superseedz got started by Kathie, the owner.

seedz 300x209 Meatless Monday: snacking with ch ch chia & superseedz giveaway Kathie’s Kitchen is dedicated to bringing America healthy great tasting snacks. Fun to eat and good for you at the same time. Kids love them…Moms love them more.

Kathie first started making curry seasoned pumpkin seeds in a cast iron pan on the stove to add a healthy crunch to my salad and then cinnamon & sugar ones for yogurt and oatmeal.

Her kids loved them; her family and friends loved them, so she added more flavors and started selling them at local fairs and farmers markets… which is what brought you to Kathie’s Kitchen.

She uses only the plumpiest (this means really plump…. It’s her own word!) premium grade pumpkin seeds and these little guys pack a powerful nutritional punch and taste great!!!

They are loaded with protein, low in carbs and are naturally vegan, gluten free, tree nut free, peanut free, dairy free, MSG free and soy free – That’s why they’re called the freedom snack!  There are 7 different varieties of Superseedz.

Tasty …Crunchy… Fun…and good for you.

  2. Warning-
The Tomato Italiano was the 1st flavor I tried. They were SO good, I overindulged. Didn’t feel so great to eat 1/2 the bag in a sitting. Be careful!
