If you know me at all, you know I like a challenge.  Well folks, I don’t like burpees, but they do a whole lot of good for the body, so when I saw this challenge, I thought I’d give it a shot!  The guidelines are pretty loose, which is not always good for me.  I really like an outlined routine, or I get a little loose.  However, this is however you want to do it, as long as you get to 1,000.  That’s an awesome goal, and I’m IN!  How about you?  Just click on the link above for more details!

I got The Book from Amazon.  Just started reading.  Looks like more snow this weekend, so I’ve got some good reading to keep me occupied!

Laura @ Fit Running Mama posted about this a while back, but I’ve never tried it before.  It is a bit expensive, but so clean & tasty!  Seriously, a treat!  Definitely worth the added $$.  Have you tried it before?

      It’s a complicated read to start with. It’s got a lot of jargon in there that has me saying, “what?”. Anyway, I’m very interested, but a bit nervous about running 6 days/week instead of my typical 5 days & not having even 1 20 miler. It makes sense, but wonder how my psyche will do with this.
