All day, I’ve been trying to rest, get my “gear” together, and then just wait. I’m not so great about “waiting”. So, let me show you what I have gotten together thus far.
Lets start from the top:

I also have a bag for Benji to bring for me post run. That bag will contain my beloved Birkenstocks & a dry long sleeve top to put on because I may be a little chilled.
After I get home to shower, It’ll be 100% compression gear. I was sent a variety of Tommie Copper compression items to try & this will be the day to test them!
Most of these items listed above I’ve tested & used & am a big fan of for my runs. However, I have never used the Mission anti-chafe stick, nor the Tommie Copper gear. I’ll let you know about those & will also have a giveaway for them as well. Next week, as I recover, I’ll have some great giveaways. Ha- I’m already talking about recovering & I haven’t even run! Oh Boy!
